POLICY
All bookings will require a 50% deposit to secure your booking
Any Cancellation before 24hrs of your booking will result in losing your deposit however this can be used as credit for a new booking. Failure to give notice within the 24hrs will result in forfeiting your deposit, which can NOT be credited for another appointment. If you arrive 10mins late a $10 fee will be applied to your appointment. Arriving late can effect a back to back day and this could also result in modifying your treatment as I am back to back with clients and this can effect a very busy day. No shows will automatically lose their deposit and without explanation could potentially result in not being able to book in with me again .
